Current employment opportunities

The ID Lab Coordinator at WMS is a key role that bridges practical skills development and innovation in STEAM through the ID Lab. The coordinator prepares materials, teaches students, trains faculty, manages shared resources, and promotes the lab’s use. They also develop and maintain systems and protocols, manage ID volunteer projects, and design innovative programs.

The successful candidate will have a commitment to education, excellent graphic design skills, strong organizational skills, effective communication skills, and a proven ability to innovate and adapt. They will also have experience working with students of diverse aptitudes and achievements. This role is instrumental in advancing WMS’s commitment to practical skill development and increased opportunities for exploration, independence, innovation, and entrepreneurship in STEAM areas.

Innovation & Design (ID) Lab Coordinator - Job description

This position is a full-time intern and assistant in an Upper Elementary classroom of students, 4th to 6th grade. The primary responsibility is to learn from and assist the co-teachers in maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.

As an Intern, you will gradually be given opportunities and responsibilities to help you meet your training requirements and develop the competencies needed for effective teaching. Your role will include program assistant responsibilities including supervision of the children in either the before or after school program. As a member of our staff, you need to be committed to fulfilling Woodinville Montessori’s mission and vision.

Intern & Program Assistant (Upper Elementary) - Job description

This position is a part-time assistant in a Toddler classroom of children ages 18 months to 3 years. The Program Assistant works with the Lead Teacher to provide an engaging, nurturing prepared Montessori environment. The responsibilities include managing lunch, recess and naptime and helping supervise a safe and engaging before and after-school program for Toddler students.

This individual is a detailed observer, creative thinker, and collaborative teammate with a strong interest in Montessori philosophy and has a love for learning and children. This position is an essential position to provide childcare in the event of a school/classroom closure.

Program Assistant, Toddler - Job description

This position is a part-time assistant in an after-school program for Elementary children 1st to 6th grade. This position’s responsibilities include providing a safe and engaging after-school program for Elementary students and supervising indoor and outdoor activities.

This individual is a detailed observer, creative thinker, and collaborative team member with a strong interest in Montessori philosophy and a love of learning and children. This position is an essential position to provide childcare in the event of a school/classroom closure.
