Before & After-School Care

• Club House is available to currently enrolled students on regular school days from 7:30-8:45 a.m. and 3:15-5:30 p.m. with registration.
• Drop-in/daily rate care is not available. Students must be registered in advance for before and/or after-school care.
• Toddler, Early Childhood, and Elementary students who are not registered for afternoon Club House and are not picked up by the end of the school day/carline at 3:30 p.m. will be brought to the lobby, and families will be charged a late fee of $2.00 per minute. 
• Students may not be dropped off to play or wait unsupervised on the playground or in the building at either campus. If this occurs, staff will send the student(s) to Club House and the family will be billed for the applicable session.

• Middle and High School students who will be on campus before 8:10 a.m. will need to begin their day in Elementary Club House.
• Middle and High School students can attend Study Hall for no additional charge on regular school days from 3:30-4:30 p.m. 
• Club House is available for Middle School students who will be on campus from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Registration for afternoon Club House (Option B) is required. Middle School students who are not picked up by 4:30 p.m. and who are not registered will be brought to Elementary Club House, and families will be charged a late fee of $2.00 per minute. 
• Drop-in/daily rate care is not available. Middle School students must be registered in advance for after-school care past 4:30 p.m.
• High School students need to leave campus by 4:30 p.m.

Before and after care on all school days, plus full-day coverage for in-service days, conference day camps, and school break camps. There will be 15 camp days in the 2024-2025 school year (view the calendar here, camp days are in blue).

Signing up for this plan is a full-year commitment. Families will be asked to register for each camp through CampBrain when registration for each camp opens (three weeks before the camp date) so that we can ensure your priority status, but you will not be charged. Families can cancel this plan during the year, but cannot opt back in once canceled.

Before and after care on all school days month-to-month. Available options are: morning-only, afternoon-only or both (see fee schedule below).

Care on camp days (in-service, conference, school break) is an additional fee ($120/day for Toddlers; $115/day for Early Childhood and Elementary) with this option and is subject to availability. Registration for camp days will continue to be through CampBrain starting two weeks before the camp date. • Fees for Options A and B will be processed through CampBrain and are due on the 20th of the month before use.
• Tuition Assistance will apply to families who have been granted assistance for the 2024-2025 school year.
