Before & After-School Care

Before & after-school care, referred to as Club House at WMS, is provided at both campuses as a service for our families. Club House is available to currently enrolled students on regular school days from 7:30-8:45 a.m. and 3:15-5:30 p.m. Club House includes indoor and outdoor play and study hall time for older children. Club House is an additional fee and is not included in tuition, see the two available options below.

Drop-in/daily rate care is not an available option for the 2023-2024 school year. Students need to be registered in advance for one of the options below for before and/or after-school care.

Toddler, Early Childhood, and Elementary students who are not registered for afternoon Club House and are not picked up by the end of carline at 3:30 p.m. will be brought to the lobby and families will be charged a late fee of $2.00 per minute. Students may not be dropped off to play or wait unsupervised on the playground or in the building at either campus. If this occurs, staff will send the student(s) to Club House and the family will be billed for the applicable session.

Middle & High School students can attend study hall for no additional charge on regular school days (8:00-8:30 a.m. & 3:30-4:30 p.m.). Middle School students who will be on campus before 8:00 a.m. will need to join Elementary Club House students on the playground. Middle School students who will be on campus after 4:30 p.m. will need to register for afternoon Club House in advance for a monthly fee of $90. Middle School students who are not picked up by 4:30 p.m. and who are not registered for Club House will be brought to Elementary Club House and will be charged a late fee of $2.00 per minute.

2024-2025 school year registration options, fees and deadlines are not yet available and will be communicated to enrolled families via email later this year. Please use the 2023-2024 information below for reference purposes only.

Woodinville Montessori School offers two options for families of Toddler, Early Childhood and Elementary students for before and after-school care (Club House) and school year camps for the 2023-2024 school year. Middle School families are also able to register for monthly care (Option B only). Before and after-school care is optional at WMS and is not included in tuition; advanced registration is required.

Option A – Full-Year Care: Families had the option to enroll in before and after-school care on all school days, plus full-day coverage for in-service days, conference day camps, and school break camps. There will are 19 camp days in the 2023-2024 school year (view the calendar here, camp days are in blue). The fee for this option is $4,430 for Toddlers, and $4,220 for Early Childhood and Elementary levels for the year, payable in 10 monthly installments starting in August 2023. Signing up for this plan is a full-year commitment. Families will be asked to register for each camp through CampBrain when registration for each camp opens (three weeks before the camp date) so that we can ensure your priority status, but you will not be charged. You can cancel this plan during the year, but once you have opted out, you will not be able to opt back in. REGISTRATION HAS ENDED.

Option B – Monthly Before & After-School Care: Families have the option to enroll in before and after-school care on all school days (Club House) month-to-month. Available options will be morning-only, afternoon-only or both (see fee schedule below). Care on camp days (in-service, conference, school break) is an additional fee ($115/day for Toddlers; $110/day for Early Childhood and Elementary) with this option and is subject to availability. Registration for camp days will continue to be through CampBrain starting two weeks prior to the camp date. Fees for both options will be posted to your FACTS tuition management account and will be due on the 20th of the month prior to use.

Tuition Assistance will apply to families who have been granted assistance for the 2023-2024 school year.
