Yearbook orders close

Online ordering for the 2022-2023 school yearbook is open now through March 31, 2023. Ruby Ng of Hawthorn Class (Lower Elementary) designed this year’s cover. Other runner-up designs will be published inside the book. A big thank you to Carli McSorley for leading the yearbook production again this year. The yearbook will feature full-color pages of classes and activities. Photos of all current students are included in the yearbook.

The yearbook is only available as a printed book, and is not posted online.

• The online price for a standard yearbook is $35.
• A yearbook personalized with icons and black lettering is $38.50. Personalization is only available for online orders.
• The price rises to $40 per standard yearbook when online ordering closes on March 31.
• All yearbooks are shipped to WMS for distribution in June. 

To order online:

1. Go directly to “Register or login” on this page. Register for an account, then log in with your email address and the password that you choose. We know people may have forgotten their passwords and may need to reset their account. If you have forgotten your password and you don’t receive an email to recover/reset it after selecting the prompt, Memory Book requests that you call their tech support at 1-877-302-3140. Please check your junk/spam folder for the password reset email before contacting Memory Book. WMS cannot reset passwords or contact Memory Book on your behalf to have your account reset.

1. Click the Memory Book logo at the top of the page once you are logged into your account. You will then see a page that shows the yearbook options - either standard or personalized yearbook. Click on “view details” for the order form.
2. Choose the quantity.
3. Click on the “+ plus” icon to add your student's name so we know who to deliver the yearbook to in June.
4. In the “Select Child” pop-up add your student’s (or your) name and then choose the student’s class from the dropdown (no need to select both; the teacher selection will self-populate). There is a “Staff, parents & friends” option at the end of the dropdown, with “Other” as teacher if that applies to your order.
5. On the order form, choose your student’s (or your) name from the dropdown.
6. Continue through checkout. (There is a $0.99 transaction fee for all online orders.)
7. WMS will distribute the yearbook to your student in June!

Important: carefully enter and proofread all of your personalization text and other information. You are responsible for the accuracy of your order.
