School Year Camps

School Year Camps, including single‑day camps and break camps, are offered on select days when school is not in session at WMS.

Registration for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year opens Monday, March 2, at 8:00 AM. Learn more about how to register below.

2026-2027

School Year Camps will run from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM for enrolled Toddler, Early Childhood, and Elementary students.

Additional care options are available:
  • Extended AM Care: 8:00–8:30 AM
  • Extended PM Care: 3:30–5:30 PM
Families may register for any or all available camp days at once. If you know your student will need care, simply sign up for the dates that fit your schedule.

  • Camps require an additional fee and are not included in tuition.
  • Advance registration is required for all camps and care options.

  • How to Register

    Registration opens on Monday, March 2, at 8:00 AM on CampBrain. Registration will remain open until June 30.
    1. Login or create a WMS CampBrain account.
      CampBrain is the system WMS utilizes for all child care and activity registration.

      We recommend all families create or login to their account before registration opens.
       
    2. Select the AM and/or PM Club House care option(s) for your student(s), if desired.
      Early Childhood families: Be sure to select the appropriate campus when registering.
       
    3. Select the School Year Camp care for your student, if desired.
       
    4. Complete the check-out process.
      Keeping registration items in your cart does not reserve your space.

      You will receive a confirmation email to the email address on file in your WMS CampBrain account.
       
    5. Spaces full?
      Please follow all the steps above to register your student for the waitlist.

  • Billing

    • Fees will be processed through CampBrain.
    • If an installment plan is selected, monthly payments are due on the 15th of the month before use.
    • Families with a Tuition Assistance award for the 2026-2027 school year received an email with instructions on how to apply their unique discount code.

2025-2026

School Year Camps are available on select days when school is not in session. 
  • Camps will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for enrolled Toddler, Early Childhood or Elementary students. 
  • Register for all camps at once! If you know your student needs care, register for any or all the camp days available.
  • Camps are an additional fee and are not included in tuition. Students must be registered in advance and currently enrolled at WMS.

Summer Camps 2026

We’re excited to share several summer care and enrichment options available to WMS families in summer 2026!

WMS: Toddler, Early Childhood & Elementary


This year, WMS will offer eight weeks of summer camp for Toddler* (18-36 months), Early Childhood* (2.6-6 years), and Elementary* (1st-6th grade) students, running from June 24 to August 14.

  • Toddler & Elementary Camp: WMS Bothell Campus
  • Early Childhood Camp: WMS Woodinville Campus
Registration opens Monday, February 2, at 8:00 AM on CampBrain. Space is limited, so we encourage families to register early.

Please register your camper for the program that matches the grade they will be entering in the 2026–2027 school year. Our team is already planning all the summer fun, so take a look at what’s ahead!

*Camp Eligibility:
Toddler/Early Childhood camp registration is only available to currently enrolled students (2025-2026). Elementary camp registration is available to enrolled students (2025-2026 and 2026-2027). 
 
Please refer to the WMS Summer Camps 2026 Guide for all registration details (below). As listed in the Guide, Priority is given to WMS students enrolled for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.

  • When can I register?

    Registration opens Monday, February 2, 2026, at 8:00 AM on CampBrain. 

  • Toddler & Kindergarten placements

    • Toddler families, please check in with your child's teacher to determine the appropriate Summer Camp Program for your child prior to registering to ensure you are signing up for the correct camp. Toileting independently and other signs of readiness are required for the Early Childhood level.
    • Current Kindergarteners who are moving up to our Lower Elementary Program are all invited to join our Elementary Camp this summer.

Pacific Science Center: Camp for Curious Minds

Pacific Science Center Celebrates 60 Years of Igniting Curiosity We are also delighted to announce a new partnership with the Pacific Science Center, an organization whose mission aligns closely with our own, and we look forward to a lively and engaging summer on our campus. This summer, WMS will serve as one of PSC’s new host locations for their popular Camp for Curious Minds, offering six weeks of camp from June 29 to August 7 at the WMS Bothell Campus (Green Building). Programs will be available for PreK through 8th grade.
 
Please note:
  • PSC camps are independent from WMS.
  • Registration, schedules, and scholarships will be handled directly by PSC. Families interested in enrolling should visit the PSC camp website for full details.
  • Registration opens February 2 for PSC members and February 9 for the general public.
  • Camp space is limited and can be competitive—families are encouraged to review PSC’s detailed registration timelines in advance.
  • PSC camps are open to the public.
