Camps

School Year Camps | 2025-2026

School Year Camps (single-day camps and break camps) are available on select days when school is not in session. View the 2025-2026 school calendar here.
  • Camps will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for enrolled Toddler, Early Childhood or Elementary students. Simply drop-off and pick-up your student at any time within the camp hours, no extra before- or after-care charges!
  • Register for all camps at once! If you know your student needs care, register for any or all the camp days available.
  • Camps are an additional fee and are not included in tuition. Students must be registered in advance and currently enrolled at WMS.

  • How To Register

    Register via CampBrain.

    Registration opened June 9, 2025, on CampBrain.

  • Billing

    • Fees will be processed through CampBrain.
    • If an installment plan is selected, monthly payments are due on the 15th of the month before use.
    • Families with a Tuition Assistance award for the 2025-2026 school year will receive an additional email prior to registration opening, with instructions on how to apply their unique discount code.

    Information for Toddler*, Early Childhood* and Elementary summer camps will be announced in early 2026.

    *Toddler and Early Childhood summer camps are only open to enrolled WMS students from the 2025-2026 school year. Any new Toddler or Early Childhood students admitted for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year are not eligible to attend WMS summer camp in 2026. We look forward to these new students starting their WMS experience during the regular school year beginning in September 2026.
