Before- & After-School Care

Club House

Before- & after-school care, referred to as Club House at WMS, is provided at both campuses on regular school days to currently enrolled students. 

Club House is an additional fee and is not included in tuition. Drop-in/daily rate care is not available. Students must be registered in advance. Limited Club House spaces are available for each program level/campus.

  • Toddler, Early Childhood & Elementary

    • Club House is available to Toddler, Early Childhood and Elementary students on regular school days at the campus they attend.
    • Before-school care is available from 7:30-8:45 a.m.
    • After-school care is available from 3:15-5:30 p.m.
    • Simply drop-off and pick-up your student at any time within the Club House hours.

  • Middle & High School

    • Study Hall is available for Middle & High School students from 3:30-4:30 p.m. on regular school days (free).
    • Middle & High School students who will be on-campus before 8:10 a.m. must join AM Club House (free).
    • Middle School students who will be on-campus after 4:30 p.m. must register for and attend PM Club House.
    • High School students who will be on-campus after 4:30 p.m. must report to the Blue Building, where a supervised space will be available (free).

  • Registration

    • Registration for the 2025-2026 school year opened on June 9, 2025.
    • Families can register via CampBrain.
    • Spaces full? Please register your student for the waitlist. 

  • Billing

    • Fees will be processed through CampBrain.
    • If an installment plan is selected, monthly payments are due on the 15th of the month before use.
    • Families with a Tuition Assistance award for the 2025-2026 school year received an email with instructions on how to apply their unique discount code.

  • Limited Club House space

    We know that navigating child care registration can feel overwhelming. Due to classroom balancing and licensing requirements, WMS may not be able to accommodate every student. We encourage families to join the waitlist if a Club House program is full. Should a spot become available, we’ll contact you promptly to confirm registration.   • When will 2026-2027 registration open?

    WMS will communicate registration details and pricing for the 2026-2027 school year in spring 2026.
