Before- & After-School Care

Club House | 2026-2027

Registration for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year is now open through June 30, 2026. Learn more about Club House & how to register below.
Before- & after-school care, referred to as Club House at WMS, is provided at both campuses on regular school days to currently enrolled students.

  • New flexible PM Care schedules and expanded program availability will be available for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year.
  • Advance registration is required. Daily rate or drop‑in care is not available.
  • Club House is an additional fee and is not included in tuition. 
Over the past year, we experienced an increased demand for after-school care across all levels. In preparation for the upcoming school year, we have worked diligently to ensure we have the staffing needed to meet this growing need.

Based on usage trends, we will be offering AM Care beginning at 8:00 AM, as only a small number of families utilized the earlier option.

Toddler, Early Childhood & Elementary

  • AM Care: 8:00 to 8:30 AM
  • PM Care: 3:30 to 4:30 PM
  • Extended PM Care: 3:30 to 5:30 PM
Families may register for AM Care, PM Care, Extended PM Care, or a combination of AM and PM. All options are available at flat monthly rates.

We've updated our Club House program to expand PM Care availability for families. We will offer two afternoon options: a 3:30 to 4:30 PM option with unlimited capacity and a 3:30 to 5:30 PM option with limited capacity.

This new PM Care structure allows us to meet a wide range of scheduling needs while ensuring that Extended PM Care remains available for families who truly need the later pickup time.

Middle & High School

Study Hall: Middle and High School students may attend Study Hall at no cost on regular school days from 8:10 to 8:30 AM and 3:30 to 4:30 PM.

Before School (Middle School): Middle School students arriving before 8:10 AM may join Elementary Club House students on the playground at no charge (no registration required).

After 4:30 PM (Middle School): Students staying after 4:30 PM must be registered in advance for Extended PM Care for Middle School at the monthly rate. These students will join the Elementary Club House.

After 4:30 PM (High School): High School students remaining on campus after 4:30 PM must report to the Blue Building to a designated space.

  • How to Register

    Registration opens on Monday, March 2, at 8:00 AM, on CampBrain. Registration will remain open until June 30.
    1. Login or create a WMS CampBrain account.
      CampBrain is the system WMS utilizes for all child care and activity registration.

      We recommend all families create or login to their account before registration opens.
       
    2. Select the AM and/or PM Club House care option(s) for your student(s), if desired.
      Early Childhood families: Be sure to select the appropriate campus when registering.
       
    3. Select the School Year Camp care for your student, if desired.
       
    4. Complete the check-out process.
      Keeping registration items in your cart does not reserve your space.

      You will receive a confirmation email to the email address on file in your WMS CampBrain account.

  • Late Pick-Up Fees

    • Toddler, Early Childhood and Elementary Club House families will be charged a late pick‑up fee of $5 per minute if a student remains after 4:30 PM without prior Extended PM Care registration.
    • Toddler, Early Childhood and Elementary Club House families will be charged a late pick-up fee of $5 per minute if a student remains after 5:30 PM.
    • Middle School families will be charged a late pick‑up fee of $5 per minute if a student remains after 4:30 PM without prior PM Extended Care registration.
    • Middle School families will be charged a late pick-up fee of $5 per minute if a student remains after 5:30 PM with Extended PM Care registration. 

  • Billing

    • Fees will be processed through CampBrain.
    • If an installment plan is selected, monthly payments are due on the 15th of the month before use.
    • Families with a Tuition Assistance award for the 2026-2027 school year received an email with instructions on how to apply their unique discount code.
