  • Controller (Full-Time)

    The Controller is a key steward of Woodinville Montessori School’s financial health and long-term sustainability. This role blends technical accounting expertise with partnership, judgment, and a deep appreciation for the mission of an independent school.

    Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Controller works closely with school leadership, the Finance Committee, and the Board of Trustees to ensure that financial information is accurate, transparent, and meaningful, and that resources are managed thoughtfully in service of students, staff, and families.

  • Early Childhood Program Assistant (Full-Time; 8:00 AM-4:30 PM)

    This assistant position in an Early Childhood classroom (2-1/2 to 6 years of age) works with a Lead Teacher to provide an engaging, nurturing prepared Montessori environment. This position’s responsibilities include overseeing the safety and well-being of students as the highest priority at all times, providing support to teachers, and supervision of students in a variety of settings including before or after-school childcare and camp days. This individual is dependable and demonstrates their strong work ethic through collaborative teamwork. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in Montessori philosophy, enjoys working with children and has a growth mindset.   • Humanities & Advisory Teacher, High School (Full-Time) - Bothell Campus

    This full-time faculty position in the High School, grades 9th through 12th, involves teaching humanities courses and guiding students as a Montessori advisory teacher. This teacher will utilize contemporary and Montessori methods to explore human cultural experiences through the lenses of history and literature.  As an advisory teacher, they will follow the Montessori pedagogy to support each student’s physical, emotional and academic growth and safety, in partnership with families.
