    Admissions (2026-2027) Open House

    Bothell & Woodinville campuses

    The WMS Open House is a chance to explore our two campuses, see inside classroom environments and meet our faculty/staff. Our Admissions Team will be available to answer questions.

    Attending this event fulfills the tour requirement in our admissions process.

    WMS Orienteering Open Practice

    Lynndale Park (18927 72nd Ave W, Lynnwood, WA 98036)
    This event is open to all WMS students and families, whether you’re curious to try orienteering for the first time or already have some experience.

    Beginner Courses
    • Step-by-step map review
    • Parents will likely need to accompany children for safety
    Intermediate Courses
    • Compass skills
    • Route choices
    • Navigation strategies
    What’s Provided: Maps and safety whistles

    What to Bring: A compass (or download a compass app on your phone), water, and comfortable outdoor clothing

    Winter Athletics registration opens

    Registration for Winter 2025–2026 Athletics is now open! Registration will close on Wednesday, Nov. 19, at 11:59 p.m.
    This registration is separate from Winter Extracurriculars. It will appear under “CampBrain: WMS Athletic Teams 25–26.” Sports now have their own registration window since their start and end dates differ from electives and after-school programs. 
     
    Winter 2025–2026 Athletics:
    • 5th–6th Grade Girls Basketball, 5th–6th Grade Boys Basketball, 7th–9th Grade Boys Basketball 
    • Each team will participate in the YMCA Northshore League.
      • Season Dates: December 8, 2025 – February 28, 2026 (includes a winter break) 
      • Schedule: Approximately 10 practices and 8 games.
      • View the individual descriptions in CampBrain for details on practice times, locations, and coaches. 
    How to Register for Athletics:
    • Login to CampBrain, the platform WMS uses for all child care, athletics, and activity registrations. 
    • View available offerings for your student(s). Offerings vary by program level and campus. 
    • Add selections to your cart and complete checkout. (Items in your cart do not reserve a space.) 
    • Families with Tuition Assistance: Apply your eligible discount following the instructions sent earlier this year. 
    • You will receive a confirmation email once registration is complete. 
    • If a program is full, follow the same steps to join the waitlist.

    Keeping Kids Safe: A Community Conversation with Detective Sergeant Erik Martin

    Join Detective Sergeant Erik Martin from the Bothell Police Department for a powerful and informative one-hour presentation on protecting children from predators. With over 25 years of experience investigating sex crimes and interviewing offenders, Sgt. Martin offers practical advice and real-world insights every parent should hear.

    Topics include:
    • Local crime trends and patterns
    • Online behaviors and internet safety
    • How to identify potential predators
    • Proven strategies to keep children safe
