Dear WMS Families, We’re excited to share updates to our Club House and School Year Camp programs for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year! These programs provide care options for WMS students across all levels, with flexible schedules and expanded offerings. Advance registration is required for all camps and care options at WMS. Over the past year, we experienced an increased demand for after‑school care across all levels, from Toddler through Elementary. In preparation for the upcoming school year, we have worked diligently to ensure we have the staffing needed to meet this growing need. Based on usage trends, we will be offering AM Care beginning at 8:00 AM, as only a small number of families utilized the earlier option. Before- & After-School Care Our Club House program (before- and after-school care) offers simplified AM and PM care options for enrolled Toddler, Early Childhood, Elementary and Middle School students at flat monthly rates, including expanded afternoon choices. Club House is an additional fee and is not included in tuition.  School Year Camps School Year Camps are available on select days for enrolled Toddler, Early Childhood and Elementary students when school is not in session and include optional AM/PM extended care. Families may register for any available camp day, and advance registration is required. Camps and extended care options are offered for an additional fee. How to RegisterRegistration opens on Monday, March 2, at 8:00 AM on CampBrain. Registration will remain open until June 30.Login or create a WMS CampBrain account.
