2026 Lunar New Year Celebration at WMS Sunday, March 1, 2026 10:00 am to 2:00 pm WMS Bothell Campus, Green Building The WMS Lunar New Year Planning Committee is delighted to invite you to this year’s Lunar New Year Celebration, taking place on Sunday, March 1, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the WMS Bothell Campus. Do you know the origin of the Lunar New Year? Are you curious how different Asian countries celebrate this vibrant holiday? Interested in experiencing the joy of Mahjong? As we welcome the Year of the Horse, families will have the opportunity to explore the rich traditions, symbolism, and festive customs celebrated across cultures. Families can experience making dumplings together and then enjoy tasting their own creations!3. Traditional Cultural Games Learn and play classic games such as Mahjong, Poker, Bầu Cua Tôm Cá, Chinese Garter, and Jackstone. Families and children will learn how to play and have time to practice together.4. Raffle Entry Each ticket includes a raffle stub for prize drawings following the performances.
