How to Apply

Toddler & Early Childhood applications are now closed for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year. For all other levels, please contact the admissions office to learn of availability at admissions@woodinvillemontessori.org.

APPLY NOW FOR THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR

WMS utilizes an online system, Ravenna, for application submissions and to register for virtual admissions tours and virtual student visits. You may also delegate teacher evaluations and submit student records through Ravenna.

Create a Ravenna account here. The non-refundable application fee is $95 for domestic students and $200 for international students. If you have any questions during the application process, please email the Admissions department.

Below are the application requirements by program level:

Schedule a campus tour or attend an open house event—either before or after submitting an online application.

If you have already attended a tour or open house event, please email your child’s name to admissions.

Submit an online application through Ravenna, which includes basic applicant information, and a parent statement.

When we have received the completed application, we will ask you to schedule a virtual Parent/Student visit. Parents will have a 30-minute virtual interview with the Director of Admissions.

After the Parent/Student visit is completed, we will notify you of an admissions decision.

If your child attends another school or daycare, you must delegate the Teacher Evaluation form through Ravenna to your child’s current or most recent teacher.

Student report cards are not required for Early Childhood applicants.

Children 3 years and above will virtually meet with the program director and language support specialist for an assessment of skills. Parents will also have a virtual 30-minute interview with the Director of Admissions.

After the Parent/Student visit is completed, we will notify you of an admissions decision.

Submit student report cards for the prior two years and 1st quarter or semester of the current school year. First-grade applicants need only submit a Kindergarten report card, if available.

When we have received the completed application, we will ask you to schedule a virtual appointment for your child in which they will chat with our program director as well as participate in a language and math assessment. Parents will have a 30-minute interview with the Director of Admissions.

Following the above assessment, a second appointment will be scheduled for your child during which they will virtually meet one of our teachers and other students, as well as watch a classroom and recess video tour, and have the chance to ask questions.

After the Student Visit, we will notify you of an admissions decision.

Delegate two Teacher Evaluation forms through Ravenna (one to your child’s current or most recent math teacher, and another to your child’s current or most recent English teacher).

Submit student report cards for the prior two years and the current year.

When we have received the completed application, we will ask you to schedule a virtual Student Visit in which your child will meet and chat with one of our teachers, meet other students, and participate in at least one of our online classes. A virtual language and math assessment may also be given at this time. Parents will also have a 30-minute interview with the Director of Admissions.

After the Student Visit, we will notify you of an admissions decision.
