A note from the Admissions Office

Our Admissions office is now virtual! We are available via live chat Monday-Friday between 9-11 a.m., and by email at admissions@woodinvillemontessori.org. Our virtual tours on Tuesdays include an overview of our school’s history, programs and information about the application process. Videoconferencing information will be emailed upon registration. Supplementary tour materials are also available upon request.

Apply through the Ravenna online system

We are still accepting applications for the following program levels for the 2020-2021 school year:

  • Early Childhood (ages 2.5-6 years)
  • Elementary (grades 1-6)
  • Middle and High School (grades 7-12)

Woodinville Montessori School utilizes an online system, Ravenna, for application submissions, and to register for tours, open house events and student visits. You do not need to submit an application to schedule a tour or attend an open house event. You may also delegate teacher evaluations and submit student records through Ravenna.

Create a Ravenna account through this link. The non-refundable application fee is $95 for domestic students and $200 for international students. If you have any questions during the application process, please email the Admissions department at admissions@woodinvillemontessori.org.

Below are the application requirements by program level:

Schedule a campus tour or attend an open house event—either before or after submitting an online application.

If you have already attended a tour or open house event, please email your child’s name to admissions.

Submit an online application through Ravenna, which includes basic applicant information, and a parent statement.

When we have received the completed application, we will ask you to schedule a Parent/Student visit.

After the Parent/Student visit is completed, we will notify you of an admissions decision.

Submit an online application through Ravenna, which includes basic applicant information, and a parent statement.

If your child attends another school or daycare, you must submit a teacher evaluation through Ravenna.

Student report cards are not required for Early Childhood applicants.

When we have received the completed application, we will ask you to schedule a Parent/Student visit. Parents will have a 30-minute interview with the Director of Admissions.

After the Parent/Student visit is completed, we will notify you of an admissions decision.

Submit student report cards for the prior two years and 1st quarter or semester of the current school year. First-grade applicants need only submit a Kindergarten report card, if available.

When we have received the completed application, we will ask you to schedule a Lower Elementary Student Visit, where your child will spend a day in one of our Lower Elementary classrooms. Parents will have a 30-minute interview with the Director of Admissions.

After the Student Visit, we will notify you of an admissions decision.

When we have received the completed application, we will ask you to schedule a Student Visit, where your child will spend a day in either our Middle or High School. Parents will have a 30-minute interview with the Director of Admissions.

After the Student Visit, we will notify you of an admissions decision.
