Payment methods

siteidstackedcombined-150x150WMS currently offers four different methods for families to make payments to the school. The methods may be used for any charges that show in your family’s ParentsWeb account (tuition, daycare, electives, etc.). You may use any method at any time. Each method is described below. Please note that credit and debit card payments may only be made online.

ONLINE

WMS parents may opt to make online payments using a credit or debit card, or a checking or savings account. To use these payment methods you simply follow these steps:

  • From the WMS homepage, click on Login at the top right of the screen; a new window for ParentsWeb will open. Login to ParentsWeb. If you are a first-time user you will need to establish your account at this time. Click on the First Time User Tab and follow directions. The email you use must be the email you put on your application. Your login credentials will be sent to your email address.
  • From the menu on the left, click on the Family Information button.
  • The lower right section of the screen will have “Family Billing” information; click the PayNow button found in the far right column.
  • In the “Payment Amount” box enter your payment amount and click the PayNow button.
  • Choose your Payment Method by selecting from the drop down menu one of the following two options:

    • eCheck

      • This is a transfer from your checking or savings account.
      • This payment option will incur a fee of $0.85 per transaction.
      • This fee will be your responsibility.
    • Credit Card

      • At this point only MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards are accepted.
      • You may use a credit card or a debit card with a credit card logo.
      • This payment option will incur a fee that is 3.75% of your amount paid.
      • This fee will be your responsibility.
  • Click the Continue button.
  • Review the Current Payment information, then complete the required information for your chosen payment method. By using this service you agree to pay the service charge. Click either Continue or Cancel.
  • You are done! Payment activity will be displayed on the “Family Billing” page and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.

OTHER PAYMENT METHODS: Note – Credit cards are accepted via online payment only

Personal Check – Payments may still be made the “old fashioned” way of dropping a personal check in the locking box at the office of either campus or by mailing to either campus.

Cash and/or Cashier’s Checks– Cash and cashier’s checks are accepted just like personal checks. If you are making a cash payment, please remember to get a receipt from our front desk receptionist before you drop your payment into the locking payment box.

Automatic Bank Payments– Many of our families opt for the convenience of arranging with their financial institution to automatically mail to the school tuition payment checks. Please contact your bank to explore this option.
