ABOUT THE COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE
The goal of the Communications Committee is to help busy parents get information they need about school and the greater school community quickly and easily. We work closely with the school’s Director of Communications.
Communications Committee members are responsible for relaying information about Family Alliance and School events to parents. The committee chair also serves as Family Alliance secretary. Specifically, the committee updates and displays reminders on the school white boards at each campus, post/updates information on the school website, coordinates articles for the Family Alliance corner in The Grapevine, and/or creates flyers on specific Family Alliance events for distribution.
If you like communicating and enjoy writing then the Communications Committee is the place for you. Volunteer opportunities occur throughout the year and start at one hour per month or more, depending on your availability and interests.
